Chaos Levels 1–5 Explained: Which One Are You?

The Chaos Level is RED FLAGD's signature personality score. It's calculated from the number and distribution of red flags you select across six behavioral categories. Here's what each level means — and who you're most compatible with.

Level 1: Mildly Unhinged

You have your life roughly together. You might overthink texts occasionally or be a little passive-aggressive when stressed, but overall you're functional and relatively self-aware. Best matches: Level 1–2. Red flag count: 1–8.

Level 2: Pleasantly Chaotic

You cancel plans sometimes. You've definitely overshared on a first date. You have strong opinions and a tendency toward emotional volatility — but in an endearing way. Best matches: Level 1–3. Red flag count: 9–16.

Level 3: Certified Disaster

You are the story your friends tell at parties. You've been in at least one situationship this year. You love drama even when you claim not to. Best matches: Level 2–4. Red flag count: 17–25.

Level 4: Maximum Chaos
