By accessing or using RED FLAGD ("the Service", "we", "our", or "us") at embracethechao.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and members.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use RED FLAGD. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be underage. RED FLAGD is strictly prohibited for minors.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Solicit money or engage in commercial activities without authorization
• Share sexually explicit content, nudity, or pornographic material
• Engage in human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or abuse
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or automated communications
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement.

5. Human Trafficking & Exploitation Policy

RED FLAGD has a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and abuse of any kind. Any content, behavior, or communication that promotes, facilitates, or aids in human trafficking or sexual exploitation will result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities. If you encounter such behavior, please report it immediately via our contact page.

6. Pricing & Subscriptions

RED FLAGD offers the following paid plans:

• Free tier: 50 likes included at no cost
• Premium membership: $9.99/month — unlimited likes, no ads, priority visibility
• Day Pass: 24-hour premium access
• Bold Move: Premium perk — 3 direct messages to any user per month

All prices are in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your profile settings.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@embracethechao.com within 7 days of the charge. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

8. Law Enforcement Cooperation

RED FLAGD cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies. We will disclose user information when required by a valid legal process, subpoena, court order, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent harm, fraud, or illegal activity. We maintain logs and records as required by applicable laws.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant RED FLAGD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time via this page.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. RED FLAGD DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND A MATCH, THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT PROFILES ARE ACCURATE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RED FLAGD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
